We're here to help, sonydog123.

AT&T continues to evolve our loyalty and customer appreciation. Although we are not operating AT&T THANKS as a program - we continue to provide the best choice and value for our customers through Connecting everyone to better experience. AT&T provides access to sweepstakes and rewards such as our sponsored events and partner moments. Please refer to ATT.com and the MyATT app for more details.

Going to the att.com/mythanks link does not take you to the My Thanks page. Have you yourself (AT&T Support) looked to see if the link worked before commenting?

Hi andiellenb, let's help you play Friday Access by AT&T THANKS!

How to enter:

  1. Enter via the myAT&T app or AT&T THANKS web at AT&T THANKS website, www.att.com/mythanks .
  2. Customers must log into their myAT&T account to access sweepstakes entry.

Logging into the AT&T THANKS website, www.att.com/mythanks:

  • Customers must log-in using their user ID (the same ID used for myAT&T).
  • If you do not have AT&T user ID credentials, you must set up credentials to use the app.
    • On the login page, select Create one now to create an AT&T user ID based on their service type (Wireless/DIRECTV/U-verse TV only).
    • Customers can create a secondary AT&T user ID for each of the additional lines on their account.

 Eligibility

  • AT&T customers eligible for the AT&T THANKS program include:
    • Postpaid wireless subscribers Consumer and Signature.
    • DIRECTV, U-verse TV customers.
    • AT&T Internet customers.
    • Account must be in "good-standing" as determined by AT&T in its sole discretion.

 Ineligible account types include:

  • Employees/Retirees receiving EMO/RMO discounts.
  • Prepaid (AT&T Prepaid or Cricket).
  • CRU, FirstNet and government.
  • AT&T TV NOW and AT&T stand-alone service.
  • DSL, Fixed Wireless Broadband and dial-up services.
  • Data-only plans.
  • Digital Life.

For questions or technical issues entering Friday Access or redeeming prizes, customers can email ''info@thanksemail.att-mail.com'' for assistance.

We hope this helps, we are here if you have any other questions. Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums!

Hello, sonydog123, we're here to help you with accessing the AT&T Thanks app.

Our recommendation would be to use this resource to connect to the AT&T Thanks app.

Please follow the below instructions to gain access:

1. You can click the white Get the app box at the top of the page.

2. You can scroll down the page and download the app via Google Play or the Apple Store.

3. You can also text ATTTHANKS to 8758.

Please let us know if this helps. Thanks for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to AT&T community forums. To answer your question on AT&T Thanks, it was a limited time offer and is no longer offered.

We appreciate you being part of AT&T, and we are always evaluating new offers for our customers.

Happy to help!

Really need to bring back at&t thank loyalty. It was a great incentive to try to win something every Friday. I mean T Mobile gives you something every Tues and you don't even have to win you just get it. At least we could win something once in while

It's disappointing to see AT&T removing perks one by one. First, no OTT option, and now no AT&T thanks.

The weekly rewards and other promotions have been gone for a few weeks, but there had still been a few leads for AT&T services on the page.  Now I'm not even getting that.  I'll mention it to my AT&T contacts, but it's my impression they're winding it down.  I could be wrong, though.

This link, www.att.com/mythanks, just gets a blank page with the My Thanks header on it.

Also, the myatt app no longer has the link to access ATT Thanks. Has it been discontinued?
