Active Armor Identity Monitoring setup

When I try to add an email or phone or any data what so ever in the Identity Monitor section all the buttons are dead. Cannot add anything to be monitored. :-(

We recommend you to clear cache cookies ad reinstall the application, once done,  follow the steps below 

  1.  Open the AT&T ActiveArmor app on your device.
  2. Tap on My Identity.
  3. Tap on Add a company.
  4. Enter the name of the company you want to monitor and tap on Search.
  5. Select the company from the search results.
  6. Enter the required information, such as your email address or phone number, and tap on Add.
