I can't find the section about how to add a phone to my microcell tower.

Are you the owner of the post-paid AT&T account that you are using the Mcell with? If so, then you are the Mcell primary account holder and can add AT&T phones to the Approved User List on the Microcell Management webpages.
1. Log in to the AT&T Microcell Online Account Management website.
2. Find the primary account holder's phone number (you?). It should be the one with the Microcell serial number below it. Select that number and click Continue.
3. You should now be on the Manage AT&T Microcell Settings page.
4. Scroll down the the "Your Microcell Device Approved User List" at the bottom of the page.
5. Click on the "Add a new AT&T number to the Approved User List" hotlink.
6. Type in the phone number and nickname for the person's phone.
7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
After you add another number, it is a good idea to power cycle that added phone so that it will connect with the Mcell properly.
