I've attempted and failed several steps to enable MMS, data storage, transfer, receiving, in the set up menu. Does any AT&T Blackberry Passport user know what is causing/ preventing me from sending and receiving pictures and videos?

Passport Sync error for Calendar and Contacts.  Running Windows 7 Outlook 2003. Error message=  A Program Error occured at Line 1950 in .\OLTransBase.cpp. Have re-set and re-configured email accounts.  Still same problem.
