Considering how much you need to click to change it I don't know how you could have changed in the first place and not know you did it.
Click your avatar in the upper right to bring up its popup menu. Click settings -> preferences -> preference options. The language preferences lets you set the language.

Thank you, I did go there and the setting was set to English. I think the computer goblins we’re messing with me lol I spent 2 days trying to fix it and just like that it went back. !???!
