AT&T building noise National City CA
HI Folks,
An AT&T building here began to emit a really loud hum a few days ago. It's a wire facility listed as 'NTCYCA11 Central Office', located at Highland Ave. National City, CA 91950.
Who can I contact? Any help would be appreciated!
