Unsafe Driving complaint - AT&T truck

AT&T truck (Dodge RAM) PA license# BRG 8350.  At 7:40 AM, on 4/29/24, I was behind this vehicle traveling southbound on interstate I-99 in PA between exits 76 and 69.  The truck was covered with mud and rocks.  Every time the truck hit a small bump, dirt and rocks dislodged hitting the road sending up large clouds of dust and rocks that struck following vehicles.  This continued until the truck exited at exit 69, and traveled into the parking lot of the State College PA Lowes.  The driver was male, 50's or 60's, with a grey beard.  I'm sure there were lots of upset drivers, all seeing your logo -- not a good look!

I hope you can find the driver and instruct them to clean his vehicle before travel.
