Employee recognition?
I have been searching for two days now for anything on ATT employee recognition and have found nothing. (That is sad) Soooo…. I’ve been with ATT for over 15 years and NEVER had a good or even average experience on the phone with a rep. I had to call yesterday and was connected to a gentleman named Jordan and would really like to let his superiors know that he was the nicest, most polite, and knowledgeable rep I have ever talked to from ANY company. Going as far as posting on here really says something.
Is there anything I can fill out so he can get the recognition he deserves?

I have the same question. How do I submit positive recognition for an employee of AT&T that went above and beyond to help me? I can find no email address to send a letter to.

Good morning, this is going to be and unusual question. Not sure where to go with this. My question is the AT&T recognition programs catalog. I’ll give you a brief synopsis of what I’m trying to find out. I was a victim of a robbery back in January. One of the things that they stole for me was my 30 year SBC recognition ring. I’m not sure if maybe you could help me. I hope you can or direct me in the right direction of trying to see if I can replace my 30 year anniversary ring. Thank you for your help.
