What network changes are needed?
Will I have to change the network connections on all 21 devices on my current network? Can I just feed my current router?

We do not yet have anyone experienced on the AT&T Internet Air Gateway (hereafter IAG because I get tired of typing) and how it is configured. Assuming it works like the BGW series gateways then you would connect the WAN port of your existing router (assuming it's a router, and not a modem/router Gateway) to a LAN port of the IAG and set up IP Passthrough in the IAG.
