No help, no service. On hold forever, chat does not work,

Can I at least get some one to speak English?  They ask what country I am in.  Really?  Then transferred,  Was watching the  NFL channel ,  that sudden Went to message 727 code saying program is not available in my area. What? I pay extra, get bad service.  The  program suddenly changed Without my consent.   But the bill never goes down but the programming does. Still on hold .... first no CBS , now no NFL. Thanks direct TV for the awful service. The long waits, the unavailability,  and the high bill . That is exactly what I want out of you.  Still on hold....  51 minutes oh, nothing better listening to your info messages ,
