Direct tv app log in credentials

I have never been able to log into my direc tv app. I have reset the password and called supposedly this was escalated but i haven't heard anything since that call two weeks ago. The message says there is something wrong with my I'd. Please help.

i also recently cannot login dtv app.

I get :

whoops looks like you entered an invalid character

My login works just fine on myatt app

So i can pay bill but cannot watch tv on my iphone now.

I spent 3 hours on phone with service being

Transferred to 8 different agents, and many resets of my password ( whic just resets my att.com pw, it does affect the directv.com) and also changed userid .

This seems to happen once a year since the att directv merger. Usually someone at dtv can reset it, not this year. !!
