email address is out of date.

The email address for my Direct TV account has been closed for years. Attempted to update but failed on several occasions. Also prior to Oct 12th I called and discussed changes to my acct. It was to go to basic plus espn  for 39.99 plus the league pass was terminated. These changes due to a travel assignment. I have been told on my last conversation this month that no my charge would have been 79.99 plus equipment.  I have tried to login into my account on several occasions was have now also been told my password is not correct.. This password has been in place for years also. I am so tired of watching Netflix it is not funny. Would like to get my bill straightened out...HELP
