At&t cancelled my HBO Max erroneously
I'm very disappointed that HBO Max was taken from my directv.com by AT&t. I had no phone changes this year to cause this to happen. I have tried to call with no help. I'm about ready to cancel DirecTV but they probably don't care.

the problem is with AT&T. they are the ones that arbitrarily took away my HboMax that is included with my phone plan.

@notmel , when you mentioned DIRECTV.COM you summoned up the Bot that tells you that DIRECTV support is elsewhere. I'm not sure why you even mentioned DIRECTV.COM, because if you had HBO MAX through an AT&T account, that would have had nothing to do with DIRECTV.COM.
So, what service did you have that would have given you HBO MAX?
Have you been watching HBO MAX regularly (weekly? every other week? Once a month? )?
