Music Choice Artist Pictures and Content Missing

No change at all in our Music Choice channels.  No closer to what we have previously had with our last several TV subscriptions that had Music Choice Channels - Still no Artist Pictures and Still No Artist related content, interesting facts or Other Content (like the Zen Sayings that we use to get with a channel like Soundscapes).   Seems like maybe this is old version or old TV box or something that is missing these features.
Very Disappointed so far that we are not receiving this content on the Music Choice Channels.  Music Choice channels was one or the primary reasons we switched from Sudden-Link who carries Sting Ray Music channels.  
Hopefully, this issue can be resolved in short order.
