What is the exact error message?
Model of box?
Have you tried a red button reset or unplugging power for a minute?

Yes I pushed the red button and I unplugged it. It just says Error 133. I can't find any info for that error number. How do I found out the model number?

Go into the Menu and the Info and Test should have it on the summary screen. You can also find it on a label inside the access card door or on the bottom of the box.

I would also run a System Test to see if it pulls up more info. Hopefully that will shed some light since your error doesn't even have a short description.

Just to confirm, is the error code 733 or 133? If there Is a message on the error code screen what does it say?
