HBO Max Account issues

Able sign in to HBO Max using AT&T credentials but unable to play anything ... It jumps back into signing in again.

Upon further research, profile states that HBO Max subscription through AT&T has expired. Doesn't it come with Unlimited Elite subscriptions? My account is up to date and there has no issues with payments for years. What could be the issue?

Already tried the following:

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled app many times.

Changed AT&T password.

Tried accessing HBO Max via web browser, Apple TV and mobile app.

Additionally I have verified that account login is my email.

From looking at other similar posts ... It appears to be a common issue.
