Can't login to HBO max

My package came with a 1 year subscription for HBO Max, however, I cannot sign in. I previously had HBO Max under my (now cancelled) U-Verse account. When I called in and spoke with a representative I was told that for some reason the HBO Max had not been added. When the representative went to work with another team to correct the issue and add the HBO Max to my account, we were disconnected. Help! markkslaughter@ me.com

i was watching pretty little liars and all of the sudden my hbo max says im unauthorized to view this page but i can still login on my phone ( which i downloaded the app on my phone after my computer said its unauthorized). i tried changing the password, it didnt work. i dont know what to do now.

Put your phone number for the username and your att password in the password slot then hbo will send you a one time code to link your accounts. Once your put your code in it will migrate your accounts with the previous username and password and start again.
