Genie 2 handheld app
Upgraded to genie 2 today, lost wireless client connection, no display on tv to make changes... need handheld app setup information...

We would be happy to help with your new Genie 2.
Have you activated your equipment yet? If you have not activated your equipment, you can do so by checking out our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool.
Activating your new receiver is key because it will not function properly if it is not done.
