Connect to Disney Channel

I have had the disney channel app on my tv for sometime now, but when i tried to bring it up it said it could connect at this time. I loaded it on my cell phone and it worked fine. I did a reset,no help. I uninstalled the app then reinstalled,did not help. what am I doing wrong

Is your TV connected to the internet?

yes/ it is a Sony smart tv. Also it is on an ATT wireless box

DTV doesn't have anything to do with your TV apps, you should contact Sony and Disney
