Direct TV service

When will Direct TV ever be fixed so it remembers your account and what channels you can get . I always have to go on line to reset my receiver cause the phone line is always busy and the reset button or turning off power never works. I had a service person redo all my connections from the Satellite receiver to the TV and it helped a week. Even then he said they were having continued problems with their equipment. Have gotten that comment since October of 2019.

Can you be honest and if you cannot provide service an longer say so.

This is a customer to customer forum not DTV/AT&T support. changing the coax to the receivers has nothing to do with DTV's computer having a problem with your account and AFAIK it is not a system wide problem. You need to call/chat with DTV.

Sorry, I would remove this if I knew how. It is almost impossible to contact Direct TV service and talk to a person on their technical problems. Like they have no idea how to fix their system.
