Develop DVR Password Required Features!!
What is the process to block/prevent the deletion of recorded programs on our DVR system. Also, is there a process to manage abuse of recording too many programs?
As the Account Owner, I should be given a way to control these two important features of our home DVR System.
Our elderly mother is staying with us, and she continually erases our recorded shows by accident, she doesn't know she's doing it, and we get home from work and the recorded programs are gone. She also records many many shows which override our recorded queue. We have tried to teach her not to press the green "Recordings" button, to no avail. She has dementia and does not know what she's doing. We know it's because the remote is too complicated for her.
Please develop a Password Required Feature to prevent deletion of programs. Please develop a Password Required Feature Option to Record Programs. As the Account Owner, I should be given a way to control these two important features of our home DVR System. Thank you.
