Family Map App on LG Xpessions 2
I just upgraded from my Nokia to an LG Xpressions 2 and have not been able to load the Family Map App on the phone. An hour chatting with a service rep did not help, she said that a friend of hers had a similar problem. Is there anyone that has had this problem and found a fix?

Same here. Can't get it to work on the Xpression 2 or our iPhone 5.

OK, I figured a work around for this issue. You can't download an app, but you can go to the website (if you want to pay for data usage).
1. Go to the Website for family plan - familymap.wireless.att.com
2. Log in with phone and password like you would on regular site
3. This opens page and lets you use tracker on the phone.
Warning is this is a bit slow and will count as data being used, but it works.
