No UVerse TV Listings??

I look well-ahead at programming in the online TV Guide. Usually, I can see listings up to about 2 weeks ahead, but a few days ago the future entries went blank. I can see all programs up to 7pm CT on Sep 30, but after that everything is just blank: no grid, no cells, no listings. As of now, everything after 7pm on Sep 30 up to 11:30pm on October 4 are "missing". I've tried multiple browsers on multiple PCs but there's just nothing there.

 

Anyone else have this problem? Better yet: anyone have a SOLUTION??

Might try an unplug/plug in 30 sec reboot of the RG(modem) to see if it solves the problem.  Remembeer you lose all service for 3-4 mins during the reboot.

 

Here in metro Detroit, still have the 13 1/2 day Guide here. 😉

Thanks for the suggestion, but I unplug & reboot both the router & DVR every 5 days due to picture problems I've had in the past. Just pulled the plug on Friday; the problem started Thursday.

Doh, saw it was for online then watched TV for a second, then my mind slipped to the Guide.  Found same thing online, nothing after 8pm 9/30 thru 7pm 10/4.  Sent a PM to Customer Care about this just now. 😉

This is a known issue that has been reported to our networking team. We are still working on a resolution to this problem.

Well, some progress... a week of listings appeared, but they go blank AGAIN at 7pm on Tue.Oct 07...

AT&T normally releases he TV scheule in a 2 week window.   I would expect it to be through 10/9 at this point, but I concur that 10/7 at 7:00PM ET is the last entry showing, and 10/8 is the last day selectable from the dropdown.
