My note 3 is currently on 4.4.2 N900AUCUCNC2 and it notifies me that there is a new software update, but when I try to update it, it drops around 28% of the update. It then gives me an error of something about "Failed to update". Any suggestions on how can I update my phone?

After the new 4.4.2 update, email notifications don't work properly. When a new email notification displays in the notification area and you tap the new message it opens the email app to a blank page. If I open the email app directly, it works without issues. This is happening on two Note 3 device
