Why? You guys (Edited per community guidelines)...

My cell service has been out for 10 days (since January 10th). Can't call, can't text, can't do jack (Edited per community guidelines).

Every time I call customer support, they tell me there's nothing wrong in my area. Even though literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON WITH AT&T IN MY TOWN DOESN'T HAVE SERVICE! I have to literally argue with your call center employees for 15 minutes before they "check the towers" and find that they're "degraded" which was known/found out on January 12th, when I called customer support 8 separate times. Mostly because 3 of the support people just hung up on me, for no reason what-so-ever... just talking and "hold on a moment sir while I check 'XYZ' issue" then.. *click* and phone call ends.

I was told it would be fixed on the 16th, then the 17th, then the 18th, then the 19th, then the 20th. So I'm currently waiting until tomorrow to hear "it should be fixed by the 21st" from one of your call center people. Utterly ridiculous. I'm on my laptop at my sister's house just so I can complain about your company on the forum.

I'm honestly to the point where I'm about to contact a lawyer to draw up a class-action lawsuit. There was one dude here who's house caught on fire and couldn't call 911 with his cell phone.... let alone how many people are missing out on important information.
