Setting up voicemail

1. Press and hold 1, or the Voicemail key, on your device
2. Perform the following:

• • For a new voicemail box—follow the prompts to create your password and greeting.
  • For an existing voicemail box—enter your password if prompted. Your voicemail greeting and messages will transfer over to your new phone.

Change for text tone

• Apple
  • Open Contacts > Select your contact > Tap edit > Pick a tone.
• Android
  
  • Go to the Messages App > Select your contact > Tap the 3 dots icon > Tap Notification Sound > Pick a tone

Adding Contacts

• Apple
  • Go to Contacts App > Tap the plus icon (+) > Enter the name & number > Tap save
• Android
  
  • Go to Contacts App > Enter the name & number > Tap save
