What is my AT&T Access ID?

My E-mail has been locked before and I was able to clear.    I don;t know while I can't do this time

May I watch directv on my iPad, Please?

If you pay for DirecTV you should be able to watch remotely using the DirecTV app.

The at&t email address that you would have created during the set up of your U-Verse internet, which is also known as your member id, can also be used as a log in to view your account on att.com.  Okay but can my email address be my "Access ID?"

How do I create a whole new at&t account I can't get in mine

My modem is not working but the people on the phone cant find my account I dont know the account number or the phone number used what am I to do
