I get multiple copies of the same email messages

every day I receive at least 3 copies of the exact same email messages in my inbox.

Hey @ we understand that you’re receiving multiple copies of same email, let's get the help you need.

 

We recommend you vising our email support page.

 

If you’re using Outlook, you can check the setting here:

  1. Tools > Account Settings
  2. If you have more than one account linked, choose the email you want to set
  3. Click Change > More Settings
  4. Click Advanced Tab
  5. Uncheck “Leave a Copy of Messages on the Server”
  6. Ok > Next > Finished > Close

Not using Outlook but I was finally able to connect with support at ATT and I think the problem has been solved.
