We'd recommend checking out our Outages page to see if your service is part of that outage.

 

Check your account for service interruptions affecting your area. We recommend optimizing your internet connection, and you can also run a speed test with the Smart Home Manager to determine if the latency is within the acceptable range.

 

If you do not have a service interruption, run a quick diagnostic test using the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. After you have run the test you will be provided with solution to correct any error detected.

am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with the data connectivity issues I have been experiencing since my last renewal of my prepaid plan. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through your customer service hotline, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution, and the ongoing problem is significantly impacting my ability to function effectively.

Ever since renewing my prepaid plan May 6th , I have encountered persistent difficulties with accessing the internet. The data connection is consistently unreliable, often failing to load web pages, access emails, or utilize any online services. This has become a major hindrance to my daily activities, as I heavily rely on a stable internet connection for both personal and professional purposes.

Each day, I have diligently reached out to your customer service representatives in hopes of finding a solution to this pressing issue. However, despite their best efforts, the problem remains unresolved. I have followed all troubleshooting steps provided, including resetting my device, checking for network updates, and verifying account settings, yet the problem persists.

As a customer who relies heavily on mobile data for essential tasks, such as communication, work-related activities, and accessing vital information, the current state of my data connectivity is unacceptable. It is disrupting my productivity, causing unnecessary stress, and impeding my ability to carry out important tasks in a timely manner.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore reliable data connectivity to my prepaid plan. I expect a prompt and effective resolution to this matter, as continued failure to address this issue will force me to seek alternative service providers.

I kindly request that you provide a clear plan of action to address the data connectivity problems I am facing, along with any compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused. Additionally, I would appreciate regular updates on the progress of resolving this issue until it is fully resolved.

@rgomaa75  you have commented on a post on a totally unrelated topic (wired internet service).  If you wish assistance from other AT&T Community Forum members (customers like yourself), please post in your own topic in the Wireless section.  No one from AT&T will respond to your issues directly on this post (or on a new post) beyond giving you a link to the Contact Us page (which is already available at the bottom of this forum page), but other customers may give you advice on how to direct your efforts.

I did contact At&T with no resolution. i try to find email to send my compalin AT&T is not giving any email. this is a very bad customer service.

ATT does not provide CUSTOMER SERVICE via email.

You'll have to call or use the chat option.

True. I want an email to send my complains after call several days with no help and rude responses,but unfortunatly AT&T doesnot want to listen to compain so they are not providing any emails  to reach out to them.
