So, factory reset it to 4.4 and leave it? I am constantly clearing my cache and have eliminated almost all my apps. Of course, I'm stuck with the AT&T bloatware.

I just got the 5.02 upgrade and now I'm constantly running out of memory. I've been reading about a memory leak in 5.00-5.02 that is fixed in 5.1. Any word on getting this? Are there other things I can do? I've moved as much as I can find to the SD card. Thnaks.

But he shouldn't have to switch plans, should he? The current plan he has for his Atrix 4G should still work for the Atrix HD, right?

I just downloaded from AT&T an update to Gingerbread that was supposed to make the GPS more exact. Since then, I've been getting an error. com.motorola.service.main has force stopped (something like that). And my corporate sync account to the Exchange server no longer works. Anyone else hit this? Is K-9 mail the best solution? Thanks.

On the PantechUSA web site, the PC Sync download page for the Ease says: PC Sync - Allows you to synchronise personal data saved in the Phone with the data saved in the PC's personal information management program. PC Sync supports both Microsoft, Outlook, and Outlook Express. So it's not such an unreasonable request. We are still trying to get the driver to work on WinXP...

Is there an easy way to tell which cable is which? My wifeis having the same trouble with her Ease, but she is trying to use the cable that came with the phone. Why in the world would they make this so difficult? To save $.50 on a USB cable?

It DOES work with USB. Some are having trouble with bluetooth. I don't know about Win7 support. Our problems is that all appointments were off by 2 hours and it would just ignore reoccuring appointments.

You bluetooth worked right off the bat. Nothing special. Sorry I can't be any more help than that. My wife has given up on the phone because of the time problems and has really soured her off of Pantech because of it. It really didn't help that they promised her a call back from level 2 support and they never called.

My wife is not getting the run time error on her WinXP machine. But she called Pantech support about the 2 hour off problem. They said that level 2 support would have to call back. That was over a week ago and no call. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

We are having the same EXACT problems. Appointments are off by 2 hours. And we are in the Central time zone. That and the fact that the phone won't do reoccuring appointments. Any ideas on what to fiddle with to get this straightened out. Otherwise, my wife might need to return this phone. The 2 hour thing has got to be a setting or bug.
