It's so frustrating when a company's website is so complicated... I've been trying to change my U-verse plan online for over 20 minutes and the website keeps looping by asking me to log in, then offering for paperless billing (which I dismiss) and then on the tv account page and clicking on change plan the process starts all over. What the {word filter evasion} ? No error...
