The chance of the loss of power is 1 in 100. So far the amount of the 771 picture loss is 25 in 100. I will let you all know what happens tomorrow after the tech guy comes to check on things. The guy who installed my system was a complete knuckle head. Ever since he played around with my network cables, nothing is working right. I am hoping that the service tech is better...

I have the same issue, I have even gotten 771 on a sunny day. So I went out and also had charter reinstalled. If I am not happy with my results, I will have then yank it out and go back to charter. What do you do if there is an emergency and the TV goes out because it can not run in the rain?
