The tab under the cellular data setting says "Turn off cellular data to restrict all data to Wi_Fi, including email, web browsing, and push notifications." I got a notice about this in the mail from AT&T and am having the same problem: We're Having Trouble Processing Your CPNI Request You can still make your request by phone. Please call a representative at 1-800-288-2020. Since I have cell and Internet form AT&T, but not voice, I'm not even sure that CPNI is an issue for me.

For the last two months or so, I have had intermittent loss of Internet. Since it started, the RG has been replaced twice, the DVR (which died during Internet loss) was replaced once, and my connection has supposedly been moved to a new port on a new comm card in the VRAD. When u-verse works, it is great, but my one year renewal is next month and I don't see continuing on...
