That sucks - get with it U-Verse, you are becoming a dinosaur. That being said, my line has plenty of capacity left and I'm 1200' from the VRAD. Where are my 7 streams?

A better question to ask is when the heck am I going to be getting 6 or more streams. I heard a lot of talk about that it was supposed to be coming this summer. This summer is over - never happened. In my neighborhood, U-Verse service is no longer competitive with the other providers. They all offer more than 4 streams now, DirecTV, Dish, Comcast & Wow. What happened.

I hear ya. List management is asinine. Why in all the world when they were coding that up would they have thought that was a good idea or even an acceptable one. Seems to me they probably have no idea it works like that and they hacked in that functionality together piecemeal at the last minute. Anything to do with Voice - calls, blocking or otherwise should be done on yo...

U-Verse Voice has a long way to go with their available options. As much as they have invested in the U-Verse technology and getting everything integrated, the voice product is still lacking. Your phone account can be accessed and have a number of items displayed through the on-screen options. Tell me why then I should have to log into their website just to block callers?...

I got the update night before last on everything at once, DVR - VIP1225, STBs VIP1200s, in Ann Arbor Michigan area. The DVR is a TON more responsive now, like night and day difference. A lot of little things like updated graphic pictures in the menus and in the guide. Blue light finally turns off. On demand is a little more responsive as well, I still don't like all the e...

First thing you have to understand, your Toshiba device, is standard definition. Make sure you change your DVR signal to output a standard definition signal and regular old stereo output. You should not have a problem if you are doing that.

Yeah I have been wanting to get rid of that land line for years, for some reason the wife still thinks we need one. We both have a bizillion cell minutes a month we never ever even come close to using. I'm not sure what portion of my bill that is, I think it is like ~ $40. Been thinking about dropping it to save that money for something else. Maybe we'll go magic jack, or...

I can vouch for cables from Monoprice, they work great. I would recommend their ultra slim series with Redmere Technology. A bit more expensive than the basic cable, the picture is awesome - but, better than that those cables are the thinnest cables I have ever seen. You can route them anywhere - even if you already have a spiderweb of a setup with a million other cables ...

Yes, this has been listed as a solution in this thread many, many times, however it is NOT a solution. It is at best a work-around for a huge problem. The list view works better (not great, but a little better) however, the core of what is completely wrong with the new system still exists in list view. It is still slow and when you get close to what you want, it still has...
