Thanks for the reply. I have tried that number - they don't help with Gigapower business support, only Uverse business support. Of course, I don't care who I talk to if the situation gets fixed, but the residential Gigapower support is terrible regarding network routing issues.

AT&T - Is there a business help number we can use for Gigapower? This problem is still going on.... Or, just help me fix my problem.

We had the same problem start about 1 month ago as well (see: https://forums.att.com/t5/Troubleshoot-Internet-Service/How-can-we-get-good-business-tech-support-for-routing-issues/m-p/4264683#M3253) Have you tried running MTR? In our case, that showed that the issue was within the AT&T network.

AT&T, any updates on this? How can I contact either business support for Gigapower (for which I have business accounts), or how can I get my problem escilated to the correct people? The problem persists.

The funniest part was when I called today, and the tech support guy said that AT&T only ever owned and was responsible for the first 4 hops. Anything after that was owned by my hosting provider. And this is the same guy that denied my escalation request.

We have two Gigapower business accounts that have tremendous packet loss on port 22. I have called AT&T numerous times, but all of my requests to escalate the ticket are denied. How can I get GOOD tech support? I am ready to cancel all of my AT&T business accounts over this - I am pretty frustrated as it has left our business totally reliant upon our backup T1. I have tri...

We are having the same problem, only worse (for TWO of our Gigapower business accounts). I have tried calling over a dozen times, but nobody understands what I am talking about. Here is the MTR: (host, LOSS) 1.|-- localhost 0.0% 2.|-- 104-0-143-174.lightspeed.austtx.sbcglobal.net 60.0% 3.|-- 104-12-200-1.lightspeed.austtx.sbcglobal.net 0.0% 4.|-- 71.149.77.176 0.0% 5.|-- ...
