If there is absolutely no usage and the phone was returned and line cancelled before the 14 days, you most likely will get a clean bill, a call to customer care once the bill cycle that was assigned to you has closed out should be all that is required.

You would have to do the return through the original seller on ebay, hopefully you paid with paypal, if you are within the time frame listed on the ebay item and the seller gives you a problem you can dispute the payment with paypal and it will be rectified through them.

Unfortunately I have gone through the owners manual and the quick start guide as well as the makers website, google, phonescoop.com and other sites including AT&T but yet none of them reference the voicemail icon for your phone.Sorry.

What is the make and model of phone you are using, also you can avoid the $2 fee to check voicemail by using another phone to call and retrieve voicemail that way.

once you make the selection exit the menu, then power off then back on again. Also if this is happening at the same time every day or night then it is most likely a system upgrade going through with AT&T and if so if this does work you will be fine with the change, just every so often change back again to see if the issue is gone or not.

The terms and conditions do not specify the size limitation for MMS, all they state is " AT&T reserves the right to change the Picture/Video message size limit at any time without notification .", this can be found in section 6.5, paragraph 1 of the terms and conditions here Link 1 .
