About me

I have been with AT&T for 18 years (starting with SBC and watching the small RBOC grow). I currently work in the U-verse Customer Care organization (aka AT&T Entertainment Group Care) to oversee certain projects to ensure that the customer experience and the center support tools are enhanced accordingly. I have been involved in troubleshooting internet and connectivity issues either personally or professionally since 1994.
