Using a wildcard to search to find messages in AT&T Message Archiving

I’m looking for a message in my AT&T Message Archiving account. Since I have many messages, it’s a bit difficult to find a specific message. Do I have to scroll through the entire list of messages or is there an easier way?

AT&T Message Archiving includes many filters and search options to make it easier to find messages. Which includes username, email, image/attachment, and more. For example, you can use wildcards along with your search terms. Enter an approximate name and then an asterisk in the search field to find related messages. Check out our tutorial “Using a wildcard to search for messages in the AT&T Message Archiving portal” for step-by-step instructions.
