Change a user’s email in AT&T Landline Texting

We contract some technicians, and their company has changed its email format. I need to update their info in our AT&T Landline Texting account. Where do I need to go to change that?

You need to access the user’s profile in AT&T Landline Texting to update their information. To do so, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of “AT&T Landline Texting” and then click on “Settings”. A list of user’s displays and you can click on the user you would like to edit.
