How to set up WIFI 2ghz radio for customers, 5ghz for employees.

In the simplest terms possible because I am not a tech person per se How do I set up my wifi networks to have the 2ghz available for guests and the 5ghz for home (employees) in the past I have had it set this way but then the 5ghz becomes disabled within a day.
