Art business phone
I own a restaurant in Illinois. We have had At&t business phone land lines for over 20 years. Our phones went down on a Sunday. At&t business is closed on sundays so we were unable to get any help. How can you provide service to retail establishments and not have 24/7 customer service? This is ridiculous!!!!! We have lost a lot of business due to your lack of service. I’m going to cancel all 4 of my lines that I have and move to a more reliable provider. Horrible company and HORRIBLE customer service!
