ne865k: Please partner with Customer Care Department 800-331-0500 and they are open from Mon to Sun 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM ET. I assure you that removing all your lines from AT&T Risk Spam will be taken care of once you called this number.

 

However, I have been on the phone with 3 different people now for a hour and have not had the issue addressed and now on call waiting again. We need our Business Phone line removed from your AT & T Risk Spam so our customers will answer our phone calls as we are not Risk nor Spam
