View messages for multiple accounts in pdvConnect from AT&T

We have quarterly updates that our sales and tech teams need to submit. Is it possible to see the messages for all of them at once?

Yes, pdvConnect from AT&T allows you to display messages for multiple accounts. To do so, click on the “Command Center” tab, and then click the “Communications Console” link. The messages display, click on the “Select Accounts” button. See our tutorial “View messages for multiple accounts in the pdvConnect Communications Console” for more information.
