Bad Service

I thought Comcast was bad.  I have never had such trouble getting a phone and internet to have AT&T to not send me a bill and when they did it was a disconnect notice.  My wife has spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get someone to fix this problem.  They hung up on her and she had to call back, on hold again for close to an hour to finally explain the whole issue again.  I tried today to find out if all was good with our account and got dropped and never could get any one on the phone again.
