PREMIER store not showing iPhone - Online customer support a JOKE!

Without further adeiu, the latest [edit for language] with AT&T customer support.  See transcript with "RAJ"

sara: Correct. why is AT&T not offering iphone in the Premier store? no Apple product.s

Raj K: Are you not able to view the"Apple"phone option there on the left hand side of the phone and device selection page?

sara: I don't see anything for Apple option.

Raj K: Alright.

sara: which page is it on? Wouldn't it just be listed if I select ALL phones & devices? Apple isn't listed.

Raj K: Let me navigate you to select all the products of Apple products.

Raj K: Please let me know when you are ready.

sara: ok

Raj K: Please go to Settings under Manage and click on Apply Equipment Preferences.

Raj K: Now, please check the Apple check box including with all the iPhone devices.

sara: it's already checked

Raj K: Than log out and log in once again and process  the order.

Raj K: Do you have any questions regarding the information we discussed today?

sara: yes. The settings were always set to select Apple. So you haven't helped me with the issue.

I'm having the same issue.  I've been told to clear my cookies change preference, the works and still nothing.  If I put in different phone numbers to associate with the order, I can get the Ipad but not iphone.  Very frustrating.  Does anyone have a solution that actually works?

I have never got so upset before with a simple customer service rep Smiley Sad told me Feb. 09 was last upgrade on 1 of my phones & I had to wait for 2 YEARS ??? Its AUGUST 2011 RIGHT ??? I heard it in her voice ( like oh crap) after 30 - 40 min of explanation of 5 people 4 phones !! Kids will swap chips if they broke phones duh !!

I am having the same issue--not seeing any Apple products in the Premier store. From reading your other replies, it looks like this can be fixed on your end. Can you please send me a PM ASAP so we can get this resolved?

Well it's great that everyone else is getting helped but I e-mailed the requested information to you yesterday early afternoon and have yet to receive any response nor acknowledgement that anyone received my message.
