Switching from one account to another
We have more than one account and there used to be a box where you flipped through to view each account, pay bills, etc. That box has disappeared, so I can't figure out how to switch through my accounts. Where is this feature now?! And of course, after being switching to 3 different people (supposedly not the right person)...I was disconnected! So frustrating to ever get anything done with AT&T!! HEEEELP!!
