AT&T client won't start in Windows 7

When I try to open AT&T global network client, it shows the opening window (attached) for about 2-5 seconds, and then it goes away and nothing happens.  No idea what the problem is; was working fine long before this (had it for about 2 and half years).

Hello,

Please send us the logs so we can investigate further.

Right click on Start and open Windows Explorer.
Go to  Computer -> System (C): -> Program Files -> AT&T Global Network Client -> NetHelp.exe

Open NetHelp.exe and click on Gather Logs or Upload Logs.   Select Upload, fill out form and submit.

Thank you.

It says "NetHelp has stopped working."  Tried rebooting, uninstalling at&t client and re-installing.  That message keeps coming up and nothing happens

Are you running with Admistrator rights when you un/reinstall the AT&T Global Netowrk Client?

Hi,

Yes I did, and NetHelp.exe still did not work.  Sorry for the late reply, was on vacation
