Corporate offices? I would like to talk with someone in the Ivory Towers of Corporate office.

We are all paying for services that we are not getting. The company has gotten to big and has forgotten the people who pay their salaries and buy their products. Call centers are OVERSEAS. There are Veterans who would be more than capable of handling calls in a call center and certainly the cost that they paid to purchase our freedom is worth more than taking their call centers overseas.

I wish we would all just boycot this company and make them listen to us. I have spent untold hours, frustrating hours, attempting to get problems solved to o avail. Overseas call centers...how utterly unAmerican! Something has to be done to bring this company back within reach of the people!

When I think of the hours that I work to be able to pay for these services and to have further time wasted, on the phone, only to end up with a non American is so very frustrating. I CANNOT EVEN GET HOLD OF SOMEONE TO DISCONNECT MY SERVICES. ONLY SOLUTION IS NON PAYMENT AND THEN BET THAT II WILL GET TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE!!

BOYCOTT!! BOYCOTT!! BOYCOTT

To speak to corporate, file an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you.

You didn't say why you think you "aren't getting" the service you're paying for, but that is certainly not the case for most customers.

If you want to disconnect a phone line, you can port that phone number to your preferred carrier, which disconnects that line from AT&T.

If you don't want to keep the phone number or you have additional devices (like a tablet), you can call and request "disconnect." Hundreds of people do so every day, I'm not sure why you would be having problems getting through.
