Real Estate Manager Dallas

Hello, 

I own property on the same unused alley as an AT&T building at Harwood and Sanger in Dallas.  I, along with the other owners along the alley, would like to get it abandoned by the city.  I think it would be beneficial to all parties as we would be able to secure our properties more effectively.  Who can I speak with at AT&T who can weigh in on this issue?
