ATT & T Office @Hand User Information
I am using a desk phone and have 2 separate types of calls coming to my phone. We have our system set up with prompts when you call our number. I have 2 of them coming to my phone. How can I figure out which line is coming to me. The display screen looks the same for both.
One I only answer if my co -workers are busy. The other I need to answer right away.
Does anyone else have this situation??
